Renaud and Daniele met for the first time 15 years ago. They worked together in a bar in SoHo, London, for a year. Reanaud as bartender, Daniele as his barback.
Life pushed them on different paths. But they always kept in touch and met a few times over the past decade. Composition reunited the two, ready for this new venture.

Renaud de Bosredon

FOUNDER & CEO

Renaud has been a leading figure in the London and UK bar industry for almost 20 years, leading acclaimed bars such as MASH and Louie. In 2014, he joined the UK Bacardi team as UK Bombay Sapphire Gin ambassador, the world’s leading premium brand during the gin renaissance. During this time, Renaud has implemented both consumer and trade strategies that have been scaled globally, as well as rebuilt both the advocacy platform and education content to cater to the modern world of bartending, emphasizing bespoke content to each segment of the on-trade.
Over the last two years, Renaud drove the beverage program at Louie London, both for the restaurants and the alligator bar, and led it to financial success.
Now Global head of bars for Joel Robuchon International, driving improvement and vision to more than 25 sites worldwide.
With his in-depth understanding of trade and consumer behaviors, Renaud has created the Composition Spirit Company, a modern vision of traditional craft in the spirit world.

Daniele Carlini

CO-FOUNDER & CMO

Daniele has over fourteen years of experience in Marketing, Communication, and Partnerships development. After spending three years at Moleskine Company, where he was responsible for the Licensing, B2B, and Partnership departments, he joined Moleskine Foundation at the end of 2019.
His career started at the Adidas Brand. First, he managed Licensing and B2B Channels in Italy for five years. Then, at the Adidas HQ in Germany, he joined the Global B2B Department for two years, leading sales and marketing strategy.
Daniele was born and raised in Perugia and graduated in Communication Science. In 2023, he completed an Exec. MSc in Social Business and Entrepreneurship at the London School of Economics. He is a proud dad of two girls and a food culture enthusiast.
